These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the High Grade House website, booking system, and all services provided at our clinic. By accessing our website or booking a treatment, you agree to comply with the following Terms.

1. General

• High Grade House is a professional skin clinic offering advanced aesthetic, laser, and skin treatments.
• All services are provided by trained and qualified professionals in accordance with UK standards and industry best practices.
• These Terms may be updated at any time. Please review them regularly.

2. Appointments & Consultations

• A full consultation and medical assessment is required before any treatment can be carried out.
• Clients must complete a medical history form and disclose any health conditions, medications, allergies, or recent changes in health.
• Treatment will only proceed if the practitioner determines it is safe and appropriate to do so.
• High Grade House reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not medically advisable.

3. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in loss of deposit.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may lead to a reduced session time or rescheduling.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within this window may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Treatment Results

• Results vary between individuals depending on age, skin type, medical history, and lifestyle.
• High Grade House makes no guarantee of exact results or outcomes.
• Multiple sessions may be required, depending on the treatment area and goals.
• Before-and-after photos may be taken with your permission for clinical use and treatment tracking.

6. Side Effects & Reactions

• All treatments carry potential risks. Side effects such as redness, swelling, tenderness, blistering, and pigmentation changes may occur.
• More detailed information is provided during your consultation and in written aftercare advice.
• By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that adverse reactions are possible, and no treatment is without risk.

7. Aftercare

• Aftercare advice is provided verbally and in writing.
• It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may increase the risk of complications or reduce the effectiveness of treatment.
• High Grade House is not liable for any issues arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

8. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We do not offer refunds for treatments already provided.
• Refunds for pre-paid courses or packages are at the discretion of management and may be subject to deduction for sessions already used and admin fees.
• A refund or goodwill gesture does not constitute an admission of fault.

9. Minors & Eligibility

• Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over.
• Proof of age may be required.
• Some treatments may be restricted based on medical history or other risk factors.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Complaints

• We aim to provide the highest level of care and satisfaction.
• If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us directly so we can address them as soon as possible.
• Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be handled in accordance with our internal policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

• High Grade House will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information
• Failure to follow aftercare advice
• Delayed or variable treatment results
• Adverse reactions considered within normal risk parameters
